Midwest Heat
Pooja and her husband are going to be married in India in December. When we took their photos it was one of those crazy, hot Midwest days right at 8 a.m…We still had a blast and tried to stay in the shade as much as possible!

Christian is in my same master’s program at Purdue…and we did the same undergrad degree as well. We had a class together last semester and became friends. We’re looking forward to their wedding this fall too!! Check our their cute puppy too! :)
So, you may have seen these two already because I got so excited and ended up posting all of their images on facebook! I was just so in love with this session. The location, the love, the fun. Curt and Vanessa are friends of ours, and we really enjoyed taking their photos!! They are getting married and the end of the summer. We’re definitely looking forward to their big day! In the mean time, enjoy this incredibly long post if you haven’t seen their facebook album yet.
Remember this garage?? It gets lots of good use from me during engagement sessions… :)
Lauren and Andy are getting married this summer, and we’re so excited!! We had an e-session before all the snow melted last weekend! It was fun (and a little chilly), but definitely worth it.
You both have beautiful eyes!!
And our favorite picture from the day (courtesy of Brandon!)
We ended on a good note with a fun little snowball fight! haha
Workin my magic (and being in Brandon’s way):
This is Brandon telling me to take pictures of them not him….hah..I like it.
And the one below is us being ridiculous…We felt like the paparazzi following them through the park…So Brandon pretended to hide behind a tree and take their photo…We’re dorks!
I am so very excited about the pictures Brandon and I took this past weekend! We had one crazy, whirl wind of a wedding filled weekend. And, it was a blast! Our weekend started out with the Friday Wedding of Kristy and CT in West Lafayette, Indiana. Followed by a Saturday (late) morning wedding of Jasher and Jenny in Raleigh/Charlotte, North Carolina.
We finished up Kristy and CTs wedding around 10 and came home and packed, backed up all the photos, and slept for about 2 hours before heading to the airport to catch our flight to Jasher and Jenny’s wedding. The timing was perfect and there were no delays at all. Both were beautiful days filled with love and good times. I think I’ve finally recovered from the lack of sleep, and now I’m enjoying editing the masses of photos that we took. B and I really are a great team. He’s the best assistant I could ask for! Enough rambling from me…Here’s a peek at our crazy filled weekend:
Kristy and CT. I must say, the Union at Purdue is a beautiful place to have a reception.

Jasher and Jenny. If you get married in North Carolina (near Raleigh), you’d be a fool not to have your photos taken in the Duke Gardens. They are BEAUTIFUL! (B and I went back on our way back to the aiport…those pictures will come much much later.)

More details to come in a couple weeks (if not sooner!)
I put this up yesterday, but it had to go in the mix. This is Brian before the ceremony. I had the idea of taking his picture fishing, since that’s what he does and what he’s always done.
Ring Exchange
Cue little flower girl!
Cowgirl Boots
Me & Tanner (he’s a fun kid!)

First Dance
Mother/Son Dance
These are by brothers friends from elementary school. They’ve kept in touch through the years. They both paid to dance with him during the dollar dance.
